【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女,82歲。全身出現(xiàn)紅斑、膿皰伴瘙癢1周,發(fā)熱4d。1周前拔牙后口服阿莫西林膠囊,5d前患者的前胸部出現(xiàn)黃豆大紅斑和丘疹,無(wú)瘙癢,次日全身出現(xiàn)彌漫性水腫性紅斑,其上見密集分布針尖至粟粒大膿皰,伴明顯瘙癢,外院以"紅皮病"予復(fù)方甘草酸苷注射液靜滴及依巴斯汀口服,無(wú)效。4d前出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱(T 39.0℃)。無(wú)高血壓、糖尿病、冠心病、銀屑病、肝炎及結(jié)核病史,否認(rèn)家族遺傳病史、藥物及食物過(guò)敏史,無(wú)煙酒等不
[Abstract]:The patient was 82 years old in clinical data. Erythema appeared throughout the body, pustule with itching for 1 week, and abscess and papules in the front chest of patients with fever 4 days before extraction of teeth and oral administration of amoxicillin capsule for 5 days. There was no pruritus and diffuse edematous erythema appeared in the whole body the next day. There was a dense distribution of needle tip to miliary pustule, accompanied by obvious pruritus. The external hospital was given compound glycyrrhizin injection by intravenous drip and epastatin orally by "erythroderma". No history of hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, psoriasis, hepatitis and tuberculosis, denial of family history of hereditary diseases, history of drug and food allergy, no alcohol and tobacco, etc.
