【摘要】：目的探討2型糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者的凝血狀態(tài)。方法選取2010-11~2013-11期間宣武醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科住院2型糖尿病患者160例(除外高血壓、冠心病、腦血管病等大血管病變),根據(jù)有無糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變分為無糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變組(n=92例)和合并糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變組(n=68例)。同時選擇同期健康體檢者50例作為對照組。根據(jù)對抗凝血酶Ⅲ、蛋白C(protein C,PC)、蛋白S(protein S,PS)、活化部分凝血活酶時間(activated partial prothrombin time,APTT)、血漿凝血酶原時間(prothrombin time,PT)、血漿纖維蛋白原(plasma fibrinogen,FIB)、血漿凝血酶時間(thrombin time,TT)的檢測評價凝血功能。結(jié)果與對照組比較,糖尿病組患者抗凝血酶Ⅲ、蛋白C、蛋白S活性明顯降低;凝血四項中APTT、PT縮短,FIB升高。糖尿病合并視網(wǎng)膜病變組APTT、PT及PC活性較無視網(wǎng)膜病變組明顯減少。結(jié)論抗凝血酶Ⅲ、PC、PS及凝血四項的測定可能有利于糖尿病患者凝血狀態(tài)的評估,有利于微血管并發(fā)癥的早期干預(yù)。
