【摘要】：為了對(duì)他氟前列素用于開角型青光眼治療提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù),本研究對(duì)比觀察抗青光眼新藥他氟前列素和常用藥物拉坦前列素治療慢性開角型青光眼的療效。我們選取2014年08月至2015年12月我院收治的120例原發(fā)性慢性開角型青光眼患者,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為他氟前列素組(0.001 5%,1次/d,1滴/次)和拉坦前列素組(0.005%,1次/d,1滴/次),對(duì)比觀察兩組患者的眼壓、視野缺損、角膜中央厚度、前房深度和視網(wǎng)膜中央動(dòng)脈血流動(dòng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)治療后兩組的眼壓和視野缺損度顯著降低(p0.05),且拉坦前列素組的視野缺損改善更為顯著(p0.05);(2)治療后兩組的角膜中央厚度顯著降低(p0.05),但兩組的前房深度與治療前比較無差異(p0.05);(3)治療后兩組的PSV、EDV升高而RI降低(p0.05)。以上結(jié)果提示,新藥他氟前列素對(duì)青光眼患者的治療效果與臨床常用藥物拉坦前列素相當(dāng),同時(shí)在改善患者的視野缺損度方面優(yōu)于拉坦前列素,且安全性好,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:In order to provide experimental basis for the treatment of open-angle glaucoma with tafluoroprostol, the efficacy of tafluoroprostol, a new anti-glaucoma drug, and latanoprost, a common drug, in the treatment of chronic open-angle glaucoma was compared and observed in this study. From August 2014 to December 2015, 120 patients with primary chronic open-angle glaucoma were randomly divided into tafluproprostol group (0.001, once a day, 1 drop / time) and latanoprostol group (0.005%, once a day, 1 drop / time). The intraocular pressure (IOP), visual field defect and central corneal thickness were compared between the two groups. Anterior chamber depth and hemodynamic parameters of central retinal artery. The results were as follows: (1) the intraocular pressure (IOP) and visual field defect (p0.05) were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment (p0.05), and the visual field defect in the Latanprostol group was significantly improved (p0.05); (2). After treatment, the central corneal thickness in the two groups decreased significantly (p0.05), but the depth of the anterior chamber in the two groups was not different from that before treatment (p0.05); (3). After treatment, the PSV,EDV and RI in the two groups increased and RI decreased (p0.05). The above results suggest that the therapeutic effect of tafluoroprostol on glaucoma patients is similar to that of latan prostol, and it is better than Ratanprostol in improving the degree of visual field defect, and it is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
