[Abstract]:I. There were 111 cases of spherical turbinate in the non-nasal septum group, of which 48 were bilateral spherical turbinate and 63 were unilateral spherical turbinate, accounting for 10.06% (159 side/1580 side), and the two groups of spherical nasal turbinate. There was no significant difference in the incidence of the bubble (P0.05). It is located on the concave side of the nasal septum,1 case of the bilateral spherical nasal cavity, 4.92% (20 side/244 side), the high-position deviation group and the low-position eccentric group ball type nose nail. There was a significant difference in the incidence of the bubble (P0.05). The mean square diameter of the nasal septum and the non-nasal septum were 5.58, 1.79 mm and 4.12-1.78 mm, respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.01). The mean diameter of the spherical nasal turbinate in the high-order and low-position group was 5.92-1.87 mm and 4.80-1.35mm. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). It is related to the occurrence of spherical turbinate, especially in the concave side. There is a correlation, but the occurrence of chronic nasal-nose-nose inflammation is associated with the spherical nasal turbinate.
