原發(fā)性開角型青光眼24小時眼壓和血壓分析

【摘要】:[目的]:監(jiān)測原發(fā)性開角型青光眼(POAG)和正常人24小時眼壓(IOP),血壓,了解其24小時眼壓,血壓和眼灌注壓(OPP)波動情況并對兩組進(jìn)行比較分析。 [方法]:對11例POAG和12例正常人進(jìn)行24小時血壓和眼壓監(jiān)測,24小時眼壓和血壓監(jiān)測從10Am至第二天8Am每2小時一次。Tonopen-XL眼壓計測量眼壓,測量由一名熟練專業(yè)工作人員完成。平均眼灌注壓,,收縮期灌注壓和舒張期灌注壓根據(jù)公式計算得出。 [結(jié)果]:兩組在年齡、性別方面無差異(P0.05);POAG組眼壓明顯高于對照組(P0.001),兩組晝夜眼壓差值無明顯統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組夜間眼壓都升高,POAG組在凌晨6:00達(dá)到最高值,對照組峰值位于2:00;收縮壓(systolicblood pressure,SBP),舒張壓(diastolic blood pressure,DBP),平均動脈壓平均值兩組均無明顯統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組DBP,MAP晝夜差之間有明顯統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),SBP晝夜差兩組無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.054);兩組血壓(SBP,DBP,MAP)最小值都位于晚上,且兩組最小值之間有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),POAG組最小值小于正常組;POAG組眼灌注壓(ocular perfusion pressure,OPP)明顯低于正常組(P0.05);收縮期灌注壓(systolic ocular perfusion pressure,SOPP)晝夜波動兩組之間無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P=0.055),POAG組舒張期灌注壓(diastolic ocular perfusion pressure,DOPP),平均灌注壓(mean ocular perfusionpressure,MOPP)晝夜波動大(P0.05)。 [結(jié)論]:POAG眼灌注壓低,DBP、MAP、DOPP、MOPP晝夜波動明顯,提示眼灌注壓不足可能是POAG發(fā)病的一個危險因素。作為青光眼血管危險因素的眼灌注壓比血壓更能體現(xiàn)眼血流情況。
[Abstract]:[objective]: to monitor the 24-hour intraocular pressure (IOP) (IOP), blood pressure of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) and normal subjects, and to investigate the fluctuation of 24-hour intraocular pressure (IOP), blood pressure (BP) and intraocular perfusion pressure (OPP) in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma and normal subjects. [methods]: 24-hour blood pressure and intraocular pressure were monitored in 11 cases of POAG and 12 normal subjects. 24-hour intraocular pressure and blood pressure were monitored every 2 hours from 10Am to 8Am every 2 hours. Intraocular pressure was measured by Tonopen-XL tonometer. The survey was carried out by a skilled professional staff member. The mean eye perfusion pressure, systolic perfusion pressure and diastolic perfusion pressure were calculated according to the formula. [results]: there was no significant difference in age and sex between the two groups (P 0.05). The intraocular pressure (IOP) of); POAG group was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.001), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The intraocular pressure (IOP) of both groups increased at night, the peak value of POAG group reached the highest at 6:00 in the morning, and the peak value of control group was 2: 00. There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure (systolicblood pressure,SBP), diastolic blood pressure (diastolic blood pressure,DBP) and mean arterial pressure between the two groups (P 0.05).
