【摘要】：目的:探究超聲乳化術(shù)治療抗青光眼術(shù)后白內(nèi)障患者術(shù)后眼內(nèi)壓及角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的改變情況。方法:對(duì)102例抗青光眼術(shù)后出現(xiàn)白內(nèi)障的患者(118只眼)行超聲乳化術(shù),記錄患者術(shù)前和術(shù)后1d,3d,1周及1個(gè)月的眼內(nèi)壓和角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞的改變情況(包括中央角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞密度、平均細(xì)胞面積、細(xì)胞面積變異度以及角膜中心厚度)。結(jié)果:患者術(shù)后1d、3d及1周的眼內(nèi)壓升高,中央內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞密度(CED)降低、平均細(xì)胞面積(AVE)增大及面積變異系數(shù)(CV)增高,角膜中心厚度(CCT)增厚,與術(shù)前相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.001);術(shù)后1個(gè)月眼內(nèi)壓和角膜中心厚度(CCT)基本恢復(fù)到術(shù)前水平,與術(shù)前相比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.102,0.167);而術(shù)后1個(gè)月中央內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞密度(CED)繼續(xù)降低、平均細(xì)胞面積(AVE)增大及面積變異系數(shù)(CV)繼續(xù)增高,患者這些指標(biāo)及系數(shù)與手術(shù)前相比,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。結(jié)論:對(duì)抗青光眼術(shù)后白內(nèi)障的患者行超聲乳化術(shù)治療后患者的眼內(nèi)壓升高及角膜內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能的改變均在術(shù)后第1天開(kāi)始出現(xiàn),但術(shù)后1個(gè)月基本能恢復(fù)到術(shù)前水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the changes of intraocular pressure and corneal endothelial cells in patients with cataract after anti-glaucoma surgery by phacoemulsification. Methods: 102 patients (118 eyes) with cataract after anti-glaucoma surgery were treated with phacoemulsification. The patients were recorded before and 1 day, 3 days after operation. The changes of intraocular pressure and corneal endothelial cells (including central corneal endothelial cell density, mean cell area, cell area variability and corneal center thickness) were observed at 1 week and 1 month. Results: on the 1st day after operation, the intraocular pressure increased, the central endothelial cell density (CED) decreased, the mean cell area (AVE) increased, the area variation coefficient (CV) increased, and the corneal central thickness (CCT) thickened. There was significant difference between before operation and before operation (P 0.001). One month after operation, the intraocular pressure and corneal central thickness (CCT) basically recovered to the preoperative level, and there was no significant difference compared with that before operation (P 鈮，
