【摘要】：目的探究小切口白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)治療老年白內(nèi)障患者的治療效果。方法選自2014年3月至2015年9月于我院行小切口白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)的189例患者200眼。其中男性患者共94例100眼,女性患者95例100眼。將上述患者按照入院順序編號(hào),并根據(jù)隨機(jī)對(duì)照原則將所有患者平均分成兩組:小切口白內(nèi)障超聲乳化組(觀察組)、小切口白內(nèi)障非超聲乳化組(對(duì)照組)。觀察組采用小切口白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)術(shù)式治療白內(nèi)障患者,對(duì)照組采用小切口白內(nèi)障非超聲乳化術(shù)治療白內(nèi)障患者。分別于術(shù)后1 d、1個(gè)月、3個(gè)月比較患者術(shù)后裸眼視力、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥、治療有效率等情況。結(jié)果觀察組與對(duì)照組兩組患者術(shù)前裸眼視力比較,無(wú)顯著差異,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者各個(gè)組別分別兩兩比較,觀察組患者裸眼視力0.5患者的眼數(shù)量均多于對(duì)照組患者眼數(shù)量,且差異明顯,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組患者術(shù)后出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥為1眼,并發(fā)癥率為1%;對(duì)照組患者術(shù)后出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥為7眼,并發(fā)癥率為7%;觀察組患者術(shù)后出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥眼數(shù)量明顯小于對(duì)照組并發(fā)癥眼數(shù)量,差異明顯,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組裸眼視力≥0.5眼數(shù)量明顯多于對(duì)照組眼數(shù)量,且觀察組的治療有效率也明顯高于對(duì)照組的治療有效率。兩組患者相應(yīng)類別分別統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,差異明顯,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論小切口白內(nèi)障超聲乳化術(shù)在治療老年白內(nèi)障患者具有更可靠的療效,在臨床中值得大力推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of phacoemulsification with small incision in the treatment of senile cataract. Methods from March 2014 to September 2015, 189 patients (200 eyes) underwent phacoemulsification with small incision cataract in our hospital. Among them, 94 cases (100 eyes) were male and 95 cases (100 eyes) were female. All patients were divided into two groups: small incision cataract phacoemulsification group (observation group) and small incision cataract non-phacoemulsification group (control group). Small incision phacoemulsification was used to treat cataract in the observation group and non-phacoemulsification through small incision was used in the control group. The uncorrected visual acuity, postoperative complications and effective rate of treatment were compared at 1 day, 1 month and 3 months after operation respectively. Results there was no significant difference in preoperative naked visual acuity between the two groups (P0.05). In comparison between the two groups, the number of eyes of 0.5 patients in observation group was more than that in control group, and the difference was significant (P0.05). Complications occurred in 1 eye (1%) in the observation group, 7 eyes (7%) in the control group and 7 eyes (7%) in the control group.
