聲帶息肉患者持續(xù)元音及連貫言語聲的倒頻譜聲學(xué)分析
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the value of cepstrum acoustic analysis and coherent speech acoustic signals in the identification of pathological acoustic signals. Methods persistent vowels and coherent speech signals were collected in 26 adult patients with polyp of vocal cord (polyp group, 10 males, 16 females) and 27 normal speakers (normal group, 13 males and 14 females). Analysis of continuous vowel frequency perturbed (jitter) and amplitude perturbed (shimmer), in each group by MDVP (multi dimensional voice program) software The cepstrum parameters of continuous vowel and coherent speech in each group were analyzed by ADSV (analysis of dysphonia in speech and voice) software: cepstrum peak prominent (cepstral peak prominence,CPP, low spectral energy ratio (the mean ratio of singnal energy below 4000Hz to the energy above 4000Hz, L/HSR). The standard deviation (STD L/HSR) of (STD CPP), L/HSR and the cepstrum index (the cepstral/spectral index of dysphonia,CSID) of CPP were used to analyze the sensitivity of disturbance parameters and cepstrum parameters to differential diagnosis of pathological acoustic signals. Results the jitter and shimmer values of the continuous vowels in the normal group were lower than those in the vocal cord polyp group (P0.05), except for STD L/HSR, the Cepstrum parameters of the continuous vowels in the normal group were higher than those in the polyp group (P0.05). The CPP,L/HSR of male vocal cord polyp group was lower than that of male normal group (P0.05), and the CPP value of female vocal cord polyp group was significantly lower than that of female normal group (P0.05). The Cepstral parameters (CPP and CSID) of male and female persistent vowels were significantly different from the reference value (P0.05) under the ROC curve. There was a significant difference between the area under the CPP ROC curve and the reference value of CPP and L-HSR in male coherent speech sounds (P0.05). Conclusion the perturbed parameters and cepstrum parameters of continuous vowels and continuous vowels can be used to distinguish the noise acoustic signals between normal and vocal cord polyp patients. The cepstrum parameter CPP has good specificity and sensitivity in distinguishing vocal signal between normal and vocal cord polyps.
