【摘要】：目的:比較兩種光學(xué)相干斷層成像術(shù)(optical coherence tomography,OCT):血流成像光學(xué)相干斷層成像術(shù)(Angiooptical coherence tomography,Angio-OCT)和傅立葉域光學(xué)相干斷層成像術(shù)(Fourier domain-optical coherence tomography,FD-OCT)眼底檢查的相關(guān)性及差異性。方法:分別用Angio-OCT和FD-OCT測量20例受試者雙眼神經(jīng)纖維層厚度、視盤各參數(shù)和節(jié)細(xì)胞復(fù)合體厚度等,并對兩種儀器測量值進(jìn)行比較,采用Pearson相關(guān)分析研究兩種儀器測量值的相關(guān)性,用配對樣本t檢驗(yàn)比較兩種儀器測量值的差異性。結(jié)果:(1)兩種OCT所測RNFL厚度、視盤參數(shù)及GCC厚度,總體相關(guān)性為0.7~0.8。(2)Angio-OCT所測GCC厚度比FD-OCT所測平均值高,但其它參數(shù)如RNFL厚度、視盤面積等,Angio-OCT的測量值普遍比FD-OCT的測量值低。結(jié)論:兩種OCT的測量值(RNFL厚度、視盤參數(shù)、GCC厚度)有一定相關(guān)性,但不能直接比較。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare two kinds of optical coherence tomography (optical coherence tomography,OCT): blood flow imaging optical coherence tomography (Angiooptical coherence tomography,Angio-OCT) and Fourier domain optical coherence tomography (Fourier domain-optical coherence tomography,). Correlation and difference of fundus examination in FD-OCT. Methods: Angio-OCT and FD-OCT were used to measure the thickness of nerve fiber layer, optic disc and ganglion cell complex in 20 subjects. The correlation between the measured values of the two instruments was studied by Pearson correlation analysis, and the difference of the measured values between the two instruments was compared by paired sample t-test. Results: (1) the total correlation of RNFL thickness, disc parameters and GCC thickness measured by two kinds of OCT was 0.7 脳 0.8. (2) the GCC thickness measured by Angio-OCT was higher than the average measured by FD-OCT, but other parameters such as RNFL thickness, disc area, etc. The measured value of Angio-OCT is generally lower than that of FD-OCT. Conclusion: the measured values of two kinds of OCT (RNFL thickness, optic disc parameter, GCC thickness) have certain correlation, but can not be compared directly.
