【摘要】：目的觀察和分析眼外傷早期繼發(fā)性青光眼的發(fā)病原因及臨床治療情況。方法選擇我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的70例眼外傷早期繼發(fā)性青光眼患者為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,將其隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組(35例)與對(duì)照組(35例),對(duì)照組患者采用純藥物治療方式,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者采用藥物治療外加手術(shù)治療的方式,觀察兩組患者經(jīng)過(guò)臨床治療后的實(shí)際情況。結(jié)果兩組患者經(jīng)過(guò)臨床治療后,疾病情況均得到有效地改善,通過(guò)將兩組患者的臨床治療效果進(jìn)行對(duì)比可知,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的臨床治療有效率明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組患者,差異結(jié)果顯著(P0.05),具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論在我國(guó)今后的眼外傷早期繼發(fā)性青光眼臨床治療過(guò)程中,醫(yī)護(hù)人員理應(yīng)積極采取不同的治療方法,通過(guò)臨床治療效果的比對(duì),進(jìn)一步提升臨床治療的整體質(zhì)量,以此極大的改善患者的眼部疾病癥狀,有效提高患者的視力情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and analyze the etiology and clinical treatment of secondary glaucoma in early stage of ocular trauma. Methods from January 2014 to January 2015, 70 patients with early secondary glaucoma of ocular trauma were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (35 cases) and the control group (35 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with pure drugs. The patients in the experimental group were treated with drug therapy plus surgical treatment, and the actual situation of the two groups after clinical treatment was observed. Results after the two groups of patients were treated, the condition of the disease was improved effectively. By comparing the clinical effects of the two groups of patients, the effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group. The difference was significant (P0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion in the future clinical treatment of secondary glaucoma due to ocular trauma in China, medical staff should actively adopt different treatment methods, and further improve the overall quality of clinical treatment through the comparison of clinical treatment results. Thus greatly improves the patient's eye disease symptom, enhances the patient's eyesight condition effectively.
