【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,女,70歲。主因發(fā)現(xiàn)外鼻腫物2個月于2016年8月5日就診于我院�；颊哂�2個月前發(fā)現(xiàn)外鼻腫物,起初腫物呈麥粒狀大小,色灰白,質(zhì)韌,近期腫物增大,大小約2.5cm×2.5cm,表面不光滑,腫物中心可見潰瘍。患者既往體健,無家族遺傳病病史、傳染性疾病病史、皮膚外傷史。體檢:患者一般情況可,淺表淋巴結(jié)未觸及腫大,各系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。專科檢查:外鼻無畸形,右側(cè)鼻
[Abstract]:One case report, female, 70 years old. The main cause of the discovery of external nasal masses was 2 months on August 5, 2016 in our hospital. The tumor was found two months ago. At first, the tumor was grainy, grayish and tough. The tumor was enlarged recently, about 2.5cm 脳 2.5 cm, the surface was not smooth, ulcer could be seen in the center of the tumor. There was no family history of hereditary disease, history of infectious disease and history of skin trauma. Physical examination: the general condition of patients, superficial lymph nodes did not touch swelling, no abnormal system examination.
