【摘要】：目的：探討VEGF的表達(dá)及微血管密度在翼狀胬肉的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中的意義。 方法：選取手術(shù)切除的翼狀胬肉標(biāo)本47例(進(jìn)行期,N=30,靜止期組,N=17),正常結(jié)膜標(biāo)本20例。采用免疫組化二步法,觀察了VEGF在翼狀胬肉中的表達(dá),利用CD31檢測了翼狀胬肉中微血管密度。 結(jié)果：翼狀胬肉中VEGF表達(dá)率為85.1%,正常結(jié)膜中表達(dá)率為20.0%,二者相比較差異有顯著的統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),在翼狀胬肉進(jìn)行期組中的表達(dá)率為96.7%,靜止期組中的表達(dá)率為64.7%,二者相比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在翼狀胬肉Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ度中表達(dá)率各為50.0%、87.5%、92.0%,三者相比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在翼狀胬肉組中的MVD值為19.12±6.56,在正常結(jié)膜組中為4.60±1.53,兩者有顯著的統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。在進(jìn)行期組中MVD值為19.60±6.78,在靜止期組中為9.58±2.52,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在翼狀胬肉I、II、III度組中MVD值為11.32±1.25、18.93±2.59、19.96±6.32,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在翼狀胬肉中VEGF表達(dá)與MVD值之間具有一致性,呈正相關(guān)(r=0.594,PO.05)。 結(jié)論：在翼狀胬肉中VEGF表達(dá)與MVD值呈正相關(guān),提示翼狀胬肉的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中新生血管的生成可能發(fā)揮重要的作用。
