【摘要】：目的:探討重組人IL-11治療對(duì)放化療鼻咽癌患者預(yù)后的影響。方法:將78例鼻咽癌患者按隨機(jī)信封抽簽原則分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各39例,對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)放化療,觀察組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予重組人IL-11治療,兩組都完成2個(gè)周期治療。結(jié)果:觀察組總有效率(87.2%)高于對(duì)照組(59.0%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組在治療期間放射性口腔黏膜炎0級(jí)14例,Ⅰ級(jí)6例,Ⅱ級(jí)14例,Ⅲ級(jí)5例;對(duì)照組0級(jí)28例,Ⅰ級(jí)5例,Ⅱ級(jí)4例,Ⅲ級(jí)2例,總體比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后觀察組與對(duì)照組的血清CRP分別為(5.32±1.92)mg/L和(12.44±2.48)mg/L,明顯低于治療前的(24.59±3.14)mg/L和(24.12±2.87)mg/L(均P0.05);治療后,觀察組血清CRP明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。治療后觀察組與對(duì)照組的疼痛評(píng)分明顯低于治療前(P0.05);治療后,觀察組疼痛評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:重組人IL-11治療在放化療鼻咽癌患者中的應(yīng)用能促進(jìn)血清CRP表達(dá)下降,緩解疼痛,減輕放射性口腔黏膜炎,從而提高預(yù)后療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of recombinant human IL-11 on the prognosis of patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: 78 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of random drawing of lots in envelopes: the observation group and the control group. The control group received routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The observation group was treated with recombinant human IL-11 on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Two cycles of treatment were completed in both groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group (87.2%) was higher than that of the control group (59.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).
