【摘要】：目的:探討雙側(cè)扁桃體摘除與腺樣體刮除術(shù)治療兒童鼾癥的臨床療效。方法:本次研究的對象均為2011年1月至2013年12月來我院就診的兒童鼾癥患者,共31例,采用數(shù)字隨機法分為對照組和研究組,對照組15例采用傳統(tǒng)雙側(cè)扁桃體切除加腺樣體刮除術(shù)治療,研究組16例采用扁桃體摘除加鼻內(nèi)鏡下腺樣體刮除術(shù)治療,比較兩組患者的臨床治療效果。結(jié)果:研究組的手術(shù)時間和術(shù)中出血量分別為(8.6±2.3)min和(57.4±3.2)ml,均比對照組要少;研究組的治療總有效率為93.8%,比對照組的73.3%更高,組間比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:扁桃體摘除加鼻內(nèi)鏡下腺樣體刮除術(shù)治療兒童鼾癥具有顯著的臨床效果,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of bilateral tonsillectomy and adenoid curettage in the treatment of snoring in children. Methods: from January 2011 to December 2013, 31 children with snoring were randomly divided into control group and study group. 15 cases in the control group were treated with traditional bilateral tonsillectomy plus adenoid curettage, and 16 cases in the study group were treated with tonsillectomy and nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy. Results: the operative time and intraoperative bleeding in the study group were (8.6 鹵2.3) min and (57.4 鹵3.2) ml, respectively, which were less than those in the control group. The total effective rate of the study group was 93.8%, which was higher than that of the control group (73.3%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: tonsillectomy and nasal endoscopic adenoid curettage are effective in the treatment of snoring in children.
