【摘要】：目的:探究功能性鼻內(nèi)鏡鼻竇手術(shù)聯(lián)合鼻淵膠囊治療慢性鼻竇炎的臨床療效。方法:50例慢性鼻竇炎患者,依據(jù)治療方法的差異性分為研究組和參照組,每組25例。參照組予以鼻淵膠囊治療,研究組予以功能性鼻內(nèi)鏡鼻竇手術(shù)聯(lián)合鼻淵膠囊治療。對(duì)比兩組鼻竇炎患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果:研究組治療總有效率為96%;參照組治療總有效率為72%,組間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療前兩組視覺模擬評(píng)分法(VAS)評(píng)分比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療后研究組VAS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在慢性鼻竇炎治療中應(yīng)用功能性鼻內(nèi)鏡鼻竇手術(shù)聯(lián)合鼻淵膠囊,效果理想,具有臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Biyuan capsule in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods: 50 patients with chronic sinusitis were divided into study group and reference group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Biyuan capsule, the study group was treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Biyuan capsule. The clinical effect of sinusitis was compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96 and that in the control group was 722.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in (VAS) score between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: the application of functional endoscopic sinus surgery combined with Biyuan capsule in the treatment of chronic sinusitis is effective and has clinical application value.
