【摘要】：目的:探索睡眠狀態(tài)對(duì)夜間眼壓的影響。方法:對(duì)正常人共20例(40只眼),2014年9月至11月來院就診的高眼壓癥人群37例及抗青光眼術(shù)后高眼壓患者23例,各自分夜間單次測(cè)量及自身對(duì)照夜間多次測(cè)量,對(duì)入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)人群第一天只測(cè)凌晨3:30眼壓,第二天從7:30開始,每間隔兩小時(shí)一次,收集24小時(shí)眼壓,對(duì)比研究組及自身對(duì)照組凌晨3:30眼壓,用SPSS18.0軟件做統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析.結(jié)果:1.正常受試人群20例(40眼)平均年齡31.2±8.7(24-41)歲參加了這項(xiàng)研究。第一天習(xí)慣性睡眠狀態(tài)下,凌晨3:30眼壓在14.2±3.4(11-17)mm Hg,第二天夜間多次眼壓測(cè)量的凌晨3:30眼壓在15.9±4.9(11-22)mm Hg。比較兩組凌晨3:30眼壓有統(tǒng)計(jì)顯著差異(t=-2.021,P0.05)。2.高眼壓癥受試人群37例(62眼)平均年齡41.1±18.6(27-60)歲參加了這項(xiàng)研究。第一天習(xí)慣性睡眠狀態(tài)下,凌晨3:30眼壓在20.2±3.0(15-26)mm Hg,第二天夜間多次眼壓測(cè)量的凌晨3:30眼壓在21.9±4.0(16-28)mm Hg。比較兩組凌晨3:30眼壓有統(tǒng)計(jì)顯著差異(t=-5.150,P0.05)。3.抗青光眼術(shù)后高眼壓患者23例(36眼)平均年齡年齡分58.1±25.6(33-74)歲參加了這項(xiàng)研究。第一天習(xí)慣性睡眠狀態(tài)下,凌晨3:30眼壓在20.2±3.0(15-24)mm Hg,第二天夜間多次眼壓測(cè)量的凌晨3:30眼壓在23.9±5.0(16-30)mm Hg。比較兩組凌晨3:30眼壓有統(tǒng)計(jì)顯著差異(t=-9.203,P0.05)。4.對(duì)比三組研究結(jié)果,得出正常受試人群(t=-2.021,P0.05),高眼壓癥受試人群(t=-5.150,P0.05),抗青光眼術(shù)后高眼壓患者(t=-9.203,P0.05),多次眼壓測(cè)量對(duì)夜間眼壓的影響抗青光眼術(shù)后高眼壓患者更明顯.結(jié)論:(1)夜間多次眼壓測(cè)量影響睡眠狀態(tài)后可導(dǎo)致眼壓升高。(2)單次夜間眼壓測(cè)量較夜間多次眼壓測(cè)量可能更為準(zhǔn)確。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of sleep state on nocturnal intraocular pressure (IOP). Methods: a total of 20 normal subjects (40 eyes), 37 patients with IOP and 23 patients with IOP after anti-glaucoma surgery were enrolled in our hospital from September to November 2014. The intraocular pressure was measured only at 3:30 on the first day and every two hours at 7:30 on the first day. The intraocular pressure was collected for 24 hours. The intraocular pressure was compared between the study group and the control group at 3:30 in the morning. Use SPSS18.0 software to do statistical analysis. Results: 1. The average age of 20 normal subjects (40 eyes) was 31.2 鹵8.7 (24-41) years. On the first day of habitual sleep, the intraocular pressure at 3:30 was 14.2 鹵3.4 (11-17) mm Hg,) and the intraocular pressure was 15.9 鹵4.9 (11-22) mm Hg.) at 3:30. There was significant difference in IOP between the two groups at 3:30 in the morning (t = 2. 021, P 0.05). An average age of 41.1 鹵18.6 (27-60) years in 37 patients (62 eyes) with ocular hypertension took part in the study. On the first day of habitual sleep, the intraocular pressure at 3:30 was 20.2 鹵3.0 (15-26) mm Hg,) and the intraocular pressure was 21.9 鹵4.0 (16-28) mm Hg.) at 3:30. There was significant difference in IOP between the two groups at 3:30 in the morning (t = -5.150, P 0.05). The mean age of 23 patients (36 eyes) with high intraocular pressure after glaucoma surgery was 58.1 鹵25.6 (33-74) years. On the first day of habitual sleep, the intraocular pressure of 23.9 鹵5.0 (16-30) mm Hg.) was measured at 23.9 鹵5.0 (16-30) mm Hg.) at 3:30 (15-24) mm Hg,). There was significant difference in IOP between the two groups at 3:30 in the morning (tr -9.203 P 0.05). Conclusion: (1) multiple intraocular pressure measurements at night may lead to the elevation of intraocular pressure after affecting sleep state. (2) single night intraocular pressure measurement may be more accurate than multiple nocturnal intraocular pressure measurements.
