【摘要】：目的探討天津市皰疹性咽峽炎的發(fā)生情況及其流行特征。方法采集了134例皰疹性咽峽炎患者中的133份咽拭子標本和54份糞便標本并進行腸道病毒(enterovirus,EV)檢測,同時入戶對所有患者進行流行病學調(diào)查。結果 134例皰疹性咽峽炎患者EV陽性率為64.93%,其中柯薩奇病毒A10(coxsackie virus A10,Cox A10)占34.48%、柯薩奇病毒A16(coxsackie virus A16,Cox A16)占29.89%。咽拭子標本的陽性率和糞便標本的陽性率一致性較高(Kappa值=0.709,P0.001)。臨床癥狀中發(fā)熱、咽痛、嘔吐、驚厥的比例均高于同期手足口病患者(均有P0.05)。不同月皰疹性咽峽炎的主要流行病原不同(醊2=28.652,P0.001),且與同期手足口病流行的主要病原不同(均有P0.05),但總體上病原種類一致。結論作為腸道病毒傳染源之一的皰疹性咽峽炎患者應與手足口病一起納入監(jiān)測管理。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the occurrence and epidemic characteristics of herpes isthmus in Tianjin. Methods 133 pharyngeal swabs and 54 feces were collected from 134 patients with herpes spondylitis and detected for enterovirus (enterovirus,EV). Results the positive rate of EV in 134 patients with herpes isthmus was 64.93. Coxsackie virus A10 (coxsackie virus A10 Cox A10 was 34.48%, Coxsackievirus A16 (coxsackie virus A16 Cox A16) accounted for 29.89%. The positive rate of pharynx swab was higher than that of fecal specimen (Kappa = 0.709). The rates of fever, pharynx, vomiting and convulsion in clinical symptoms were higher than those in patients with hand, foot and mouth disease (P0.05). The main epidemiological pathogens of herpes isthmus were different in different months (P 0.001), and were different from the main pathogens of hand, foot and mouth disease (P0.05), but the types of pathogens were the same as those of hand, foot and mouth disease (P0.05). Conclusion Herpes pharyngitis, one of the infectious sources of enterovirus, should be monitored and managed together with hand, foot and mouth disease.
