【摘要】：目的:通過對(duì)3-20歲屈光參差患者矯治前后的雙眼視功能的測(cè)定及不同治療方法、治療時(shí)間的療效評(píng)估,并分析不同屈光參差程度、不同的年齡矯治后視功能恢復(fù)情況的差別,進(jìn)一步分析屈光參差的合理矯治對(duì)雙眼視功能的影響。試圖探索預(yù)防、矯正、治療兒童及青少年屈光參差的最佳方案。方法:選取2013-2015年在我院門診就診的3-20歲屈光度參差患者,經(jīng)過納入與排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最后選取未經(jīng)過合理矯治的患者67例,根據(jù)屈光參差程度及年齡各分為兩組。67例屈光參差患者均在我院進(jìn)行合理矯治,患者的矯治方法根據(jù)每個(gè)患者不同的屈光參差類型及程度、年齡而定,根據(jù)其矯治方法分為戴鏡治療組及戴鏡+穴位按摩組,合理矯治半年后對(duì)這67例患者再次測(cè)量近立體視功能及視力。最后對(duì)以上相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:1、屈光參差6.25D-10.0D組較屈光參差3.25D-6.00D組的融合功能、近立體視功能損害嚴(yán)重,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);前者較后者治療后立體視恢復(fù)療效也更差,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。2、年齡≥13歲組較年齡≤12歲組,立體視功能好的人更多,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05),但前者與后者同時(shí)視及融合功能無明顯影響,差異不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意(P0.05)。在治療后年齡對(duì)立體視功能恢復(fù)的療效影響不大,差異不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意(P0.05)。3、治療6個(gè)月組比治療3個(gè)月組的視力及立體視功能恢復(fù)情況好,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。4、穴位按摩+戴鏡治療組比戴鏡治療組在治療后視力恢復(fù)情況更好,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);但兩組的立體視功能區(qū)別不大,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1、屈光參差程度越大,視功能損害越嚴(yán)重,治療后立體視恢復(fù)情況越差。2、年齡9-12歲時(shí),立體視功能發(fā)育成熟,但其融像功能及同時(shí)視功能無明顯差別,并且年齡的大小對(duì)治療后立體視功能的恢復(fù)影響不大。3、穴位按摩在改善提高視力、緩解視疲勞方面有一定療效優(yōu)勢(shì),值得推廣。4、治療時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),視力及視功能恢復(fù)情況更好,因此屈光參差治療應(yīng)持之以恒。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the curative effect of anisometropia between 3-20 years old patients with anisometropia by measuring the binocular visual function before and after treatment and different treatment methods, and to analyze the different degrees of anisometropia. The effect of anisometropia on binocular visual function was analyzed. This paper attempts to explore the best program for prevention, correction and treatment of anisometropia in children and adolescents. Methods: a total of 67 patients with anisometropia aged from 3 to 20 years from 2013 to 2015 were selected after inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 67 patients without reasonable treatment were selected. According to the degree of anisometropia and age, the patients were divided into two groups. 67 patients with anisometropia were treated reasonably in our hospital. According to the method of correction, the patients were divided into two groups: the group of wearing mirror and the group of acupoint massage. After six months of reasonable correction, the near stereoscopic function and visual acuity of 67 patients were measured again. Finally, the results of the above related data are statistically analyzed. Results: 1. The fusion function of anisometropia 6.25D-10.0D group was more serious than that of anisometropia 3.25D-6.00D group (P0.05). The effect of stereopsis recovery in the former group was worse than that in the latter group, the difference was statistically significant. 2.
