【摘要】：正為進(jìn)一步提高期刊學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量,縮短出刊周期,及時有效地傳播優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)成果,提高作者學(xué)術(shù)成果的認(rèn)可、傳播和利用價值,作者可盡快發(fā)表成果,爭取成果首發(fā)權(quán),也為廣大學(xué)者提供良好的文獻(xiàn)查閱條件,我刊己加入"中國知網(wǎng)"學(xué)術(shù)期刊優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版平臺。并將于2014年5月開始對優(yōu)質(zhì)稿件實行優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版。優(yōu)先出版是數(shù)字化出版的一種創(chuàng)新與革命,凡已達(dá)到本刊正式出版水平的論文,在正式按期次成冊印刷
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the academic quality of periodicals, shorten the publication cycle, disseminate outstanding academic achievements in a timely and effective manner, enhance the recognition, dissemination and utilization value of the author's academic achievements, the author can publish the results as soon as possible and strive for the starting right of the results. Also for the majority of scholars to provide good access to literature, my journal has joined the "China knowledge Network" academic journals priority digital publishing platform. In May 2014, priority will be given to digital publishing of high quality manuscripts. Priority publishing is a kind of innovation and revolution of digital publishing.
