關(guān)于聽覺神經(jīng)編碼的分子動(dòng)力學(xué)研究
[Abstract]:The vibration of the basal membrane of cochlea plays an important role in the resolution of sound frequency and intensity. Previous models of basement membrane vibration did not take into account the effects of different velocities of outer hair cell active motion (i.e. electroinduced motion) on the vibration of basement membrane, and could not fully explain the active action of outer and outer hair cells in the process of basement membrane vibration. For this reason, we introduce a new model, which takes into account the delay effect of external hair cell electromotion. The simulation results show that the new model fully accords with the physiological characteristics of external hair cell electromotion, and explains the contribution of external hair cell electromotion to the vibration of basement membrane from a new point of view. Membrane protein Prestin is a key element in electroporation of outer hair cells, which plays an important role in mammalian cochlear amplifier and frequency selectivity. The role of Prestin is affected by intracellular chloride ion and surface charge of protein. The influence of chloride ion is decisive. In order to study the dependence of Prestin transfer charge (that is, chloride ion and protein surface charge) on frequency and voltage under the action of external electric field, a new electric diffusion model is introduced in this paper. The Fokker-Plank equation is used to describe the kinetic properties of Prestin transfer charge. The results of the model analysis are consistent with the experimental observation, which is helpful to the further analysis of the structure and function of Prestin.
