【摘要】：目的:探討單側(cè)鼻腔鼻竇疾病的病因和臨床特點(diǎn)。方法:對(duì)92例單側(cè)鼻腔鼻竇疾病患者的診療資料進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。結(jié)果:慢性鼻竇炎42例(伴鼻息肉31例),鼻內(nèi)翻性乳頭狀瘤17例,鼻竇真菌病9例,牙源性上頜竇炎6例,上頜竇后鼻孔息肉3例,鼻腔血管瘤4例,鼻竇骨瘤3例,鼻竇囊腫6例,鼻腔鼻竇惡性腫瘤2例。結(jié)論:單側(cè)鼻腔鼻竇疾病,雖然慢性鼻竇炎、鼻息肉常見,但仍有超過(guò)50%是其他病變,其中最常見的是鼻內(nèi)翻性乳頭狀瘤,術(shù)前要注意進(jìn)行鑒別診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the etiology and clinical features of unilateral nasal cavity and sinus diseases. Methods: the diagnosis and treatment data of 92 patients with unilateral nasal cavity and paranasal sinus disease were summarized and analyzed. Results: there were 42 cases of chronic sinusitis (31 cases with nasal polyps), 17 cases of inverted papilloma, 9 cases of mycosis, 6 cases of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis, 3 cases of nasal polyps, 4 cases of hemangioma of nasal cavity and 3 cases of osteoma of nasal sinus. 6 cases of sinus cyst, 2 cases of malignant tumor of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus. Conclusion: although chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps are common in unilateral nasal cavity and paranasal sinus diseases, more than 50% of them are other diseases, the most common of which is nasal inverted papilloma.
