年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者眼軸長(zhǎng)度與角膜曲率、角膜散光、前房深度和眼壓的關(guān)系
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between axial length and corneal curvature, corneal astigmatism, anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure in patients with age-related cataract. Methods 368 patients (368 eyes) with age-related cataract underwent cataract surgery in Central and Southern Hospital of Wuhan University. The axial length, corneal curvature, corneal astigmatism and anterior chamber depth were measured by IOL-Master and I Care IOP. Eighty patients (80 eyes) with different axial lengths were randomly selected by random sampling. They were short axis group, middle axis group and long eye axis group. Single factor analysis of variance was used for comparison among groups. The relationship between axial length and corneal curvature, corneal astigmatism, anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure was analyzed by Spearman correlation. Results the length of eye axis was correlated with corneal curvature (r = 0.424), corneal astigmatism (r ~ (0.138) P ~ (0.008) and anterior chamber depth (r ~ (0.561) P ~ (0.001). Among them, the length of eye axis was negatively correlated with corneal curvature, positively correlated with corneal astigmatism and anterior chamber depth, but weakly correlated with corneal astigmatism, but moderately correlated with corneal curvature and anterior chamber depth. There was no correlation between axial length and intraocular pressure (r = 0.064). There were significant differences in corneal curvature between the middle axis group and the long axis group compared with the short eye axis group (P 0.001), but there was no significant difference between the middle eye axis group and the long eye axis group (P 0. 438). There was no significant difference in corneal astigmatism between the middle axis group and the short axis group (P0. 333), and there was no significant difference in the corneal astigmatism between the middle axis group and the long axis group (P0. 718). But there was significant difference in corneal astigmatism between the short-axis group and the long-axis group (P0. 042). The depth of anterior chamber in the short axis group was significantly different from that in the middle axis group (P0. 001) and the long axis group (P0. 001). There was also significant difference in anterior chamber depth between the middle axis group and the long axial group (P0.001). There was no significant difference in IOP between the 3 groups (P0.05). Conclusion there is a negative correlation between corneal curvature and axial length, and the correlation between corneal astigmatism and axial length is weak, only when the length of ocular axis increases obviously, can the corneal astigmatism degree increase. The depth of anterior chamber was correlated with the length of eye axis and deepened with the increase of eye axis, but there was no correlation between axial length and intraocular pressure.
