【摘要】：正雙側(cè)前庭病是雙側(cè)前庭功能低下甚至喪失,以平衡失調(diào)和振動幻視為特征性表現(xiàn)的一組疾病[1],它由不同的原發(fā)疾病導(dǎo)致,包括外周性及中樞性疾病[1,2]。筆者對2016-01至2016-06武警總醫(yī)院眩暈病研究所4例雙側(cè)前庭病患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。1臨床資料1.1一般資料3例患者符合《實用耳鼻喉科學(xué)》前庭神經(jīng)炎診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),1例符合Dandy綜合征診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其中男性2例(病例A、病例B),女性2例
[Abstract]:Bilateral vestibular disease is a group of diseases characterized by imbalance of balance and vibrovision. It is caused by different primary diseases, including peripheral and central diseases. The clinical data of 4 patients with bilateral vestibular disease in the Institute of Vertigo, Armed Police General Hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were summarized and analyzed. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General data 3 cases were in accordance with "practical Otorhinolaryngology".
