【摘要】：目的:觀察妥布霉素地塞米松治療瞼板腺功能障礙(MGD)的療效和安全性。方法:108例MGD患者隨機分為對照組(53例)和觀察組(55例)。對照組患者給予常規(guī)物理清潔方式清理眼瞼,同時飯后溫水送服鹽酸多西環(huán)素片0.1 g,每日2次。觀察組患者在對照組治療的基礎上給予妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏長約1.0~1.5 cm,涂入結膜囊,每日4次。兩組療程均為4周。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效,治療前后眼瞼觀察評分、癥狀評分、白細胞介素6(IL-6)和腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)水平及不良反應發(fā)生情況。結果:觀察組患者總有效率顯著高于對照組(89.1%vs.77.4%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療前,兩組患者眼瞼觀察評分、癥狀評分、IL-6和TNF-α水平比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組患者眼瞼觀察評分均顯著高于同組治療前,且觀察組顯著高于對照組;兩組患者癥狀評分、IL-6和TNF-α水平均顯著低于同組治療前,且觀察組顯著低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。兩組患者不良反應發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:在常規(guī)治療的基礎上給予妥布霉素地塞米松治療MGD患者的療效顯著,可顯著改善臨床癥狀,且未增加不良反應的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of tobramycin dexamethasone in the treatment of tarsal gland dysfunction (MGD). Methods: 108 patients with MGD were randomly divided into control group (53 cases) and observation group (55 cases). The patients in the control group were given routine physical cleaning method to clean the eyelids, and the warm water after meals was given 0.1 g doxycycline hydrochloride tablets twice a day. The patients in the observation group were treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment for 1.5 cm, and applied into the conjunctival sac 4 times a day. The course of treatment was 4 weeks in both groups. The clinical efficacy, eyelid score, symptom score, levels of interleukin 6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor 偽 (TNF- 偽) and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results: the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (89.1vs.77.4%), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in eyelid observation score, symptom score, IL-6 and TNF- 偽 levels between the two groups (P0.05). After treatment, the eyelid observation scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the symptom scores, IL-6 and TNF- 偽 levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: tobramycin dexamethasone is effective in the treatment of MGD patients on the basis of routine treatment. It can significantly improve clinical symptoms and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
