【摘要】：正作為一個外科醫(yī)生,最為重要的就是"safety",即安全。筆者所定義的安全是時(shí)刻保證患者的安全。即保證了患者安全,同時(shí)也要保證醫(yī)生自己的安全。所有的圍手術(shù)的期準(zhǔn)備與處理,無一不是圍繞著"安全"進(jìn)行。所以外科醫(yī)生千萬不要有大英雄主義,不要過于追求完美,在沒有把握選擇何種方式,一定要尋求上級醫(yī)生的幫助。醫(yī)生,尤其是外科醫(yī)生,每天都在做著解決病人病痛的抉擇。耳外科醫(yī)生與耳內(nèi)科醫(yī)生思維方式最大的不同在
