【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)鼻面溝帶蒂皮瓣在鼻部亞單位修復(fù)中的應(yīng)用及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。方法自2015年1月以來,采用鼻面溝帶蒂皮瓣修復(fù)因腫瘤、外傷等引起鼻翼、鼻尖亞單位缺損患者共15例,根據(jù)缺損大小設(shè)計(jì)鼻面溝皮瓣并旋轉(zhuǎn)覆蓋創(chuàng)面,術(shù)后觀察供、受區(qū)情況,三維激光掃描評(píng)價(jià)鼻部三維立體情況。結(jié)果 15例皮瓣均成活良好,術(shù)后隨訪顯示鼻部外形良好,供區(qū)瘢痕隱蔽,三維掃描顯示鼻部立體結(jié)構(gòu)良好,患者滿意度較高。結(jié)論采用鼻面溝帶蒂皮瓣修復(fù)鼻部亞單位缺損,可以獲得良好的鼻部外觀,且供區(qū)損傷較小。該方法是修復(fù)鼻部較小缺損的良好選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of nasal sulcus pedicled flap in nasal subunit repair. Methods since January 2015, 15 cases of nasal apical defect caused by tumor and trauma were repaired with nasofacial sulcus pedicled flap. According to the size of the defect, the flap was designed and rotated to cover the wound. The three-dimensional laser scanning was used to evaluate the three-dimensional condition of nasal region. Results all the 15 flaps survived well. The postoperative follow-up showed that the nasal shape was good, the donor scar was concealed, the 3D scan showed the nasal stereoscopic structure was good, and the patient satisfaction was high. Conclusion the nasal subunit defect can be repaired by the rhinofacial sulcus pedicled flap. This method is a good choice for repairing nasal defect.
