【摘要】：目的:探討聲頻共振聯(lián)合全身應(yīng)用激素及常規(guī)藥物治療突發(fā)性聾(SHL)的近期及遠(yuǎn)期療效。方法:將128例SHL患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(60例)和聲頻組(68例)。對(duì)照組予以全身激素及常規(guī)藥物治療;聲頻組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上,予以聲頻共振聯(lián)合外耳道灌注藥物(VitB1、VitB12、ATP)治療。結(jié)果:治療后2周,聲頻組總有效率為66.18%,對(duì)照組為65.00%;治療后4周,聲頻組為72.06%,對(duì)照組為70.00%;治療后8周,聲頻組為73.53%,對(duì)照組為68.33%。3個(gè)時(shí)期2組差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后4周和8周,聲頻組平均聽(tīng)閾分別為(43.87±16.73)dB和(40.96±17.11)dB,明顯低于對(duì)照組(50.89±18.41)dB、(48.93±17.84)dB(P0.05)。治療中均未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良事件。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用激素及常規(guī)藥物治療可明顯降低SHL患者聽(tīng)閾,且安全無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng),值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the short-and long-term effects of acoustic resonance combined with systemic hormone and routine drugs in the treatment of sudden deafness with (SHL). Methods: 128 patients with SHL were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and audio group (68 cases). The control group was treated with systemic hormone and routine medicine, and the sound frequency group was treated with acoustic resonance combined with external auditory canal perfusion drug (VitB1,VitB12,ATP) on the basis of the control group. Results: the total effective rate was 66.18 in the audio group and 65.00 in the control group 2 weeks after treatment, 72.06 in the audio group and 70.00in the control group at 4 weeks after treatment, and 73.53 in the audio group and 68.33.3 in the control group at 8 weeks after treatment (P0.05). After 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the average hearing threshold in the audio group was (43.87 鹵16.73) dB and (40.96 鹵17.11) dB, respectively, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (50.89 鹵18.41) dB, (, 48.93 鹵17.84) dB (, P0.05). No serious adverse events occurred in the treatment. Conclusion: hormone and routine drug therapy can significantly reduce the hearing threshold of SHL patients, and the safety has no obvious adverse reactions, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
