不同海拔地區(qū)藏、漢族阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停綜合征患者血壓變異性的比較

【摘要】:目的:探討高原兩個不同海拔地區(qū)藏、漢族阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停綜合征(OSAS)患者血壓變異性的特點(diǎn),初步明確高原缺氧對OSAS患者血壓的影響,了解藏、漢族OSAS患者血壓變異性是否存在差別。方法:應(yīng)用多導(dǎo)睡眠圖對研究對象進(jìn)行睡眠呼吸監(jiān)測,同期進(jìn)行24h動態(tài)血壓檢查。結(jié)果:(1)同一海拔地區(qū)藏、漢族OSAS患者24h平均血壓、收縮壓變異系數(shù)、舒張壓變異系數(shù)較同民族對照組均偏高,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)高海拔地區(qū)藏、漢族OSAS患者24h舒張壓變異系數(shù)較低海拔藏、漢族OSAS患者高,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:(1)高海拔地區(qū)藏、漢族OSAS患者的血壓變異性變大,同海拔地區(qū)OSAS患者血壓變異性無民族差異;(2)與低海拔地區(qū)藏、漢族OSAS患者相比,高海拔地區(qū)OSAS患者24h舒張壓變異系數(shù)高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics of blood pressure variability in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) in two regions at different altitudes at high altitude, and to determine the effect of hypoxia on blood pressure in patients with OSAS, and to find out the characteristics of blood pressure in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). There is a difference in blood pressure variability in Han OSAS patients. Methods: polysomnography was used to monitor sleep respiration and 24 h ambulatory blood pressure examination. Results: (1) the mean blood pressure, systolic blood pressure variation coefficient and diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient in OSAS patients of Han nationality were higher than those in the control group at the same altitude (P0.05); (2). The variation coefficient of 24 h diastolic blood pressure in Han OSAS patients was higher than that in Han nationality patients with OSAS at low altitude (P0.05). Conclusion: (1) the variability of blood pressure in OSAS patients in high altitude areas is higher than that in OSAS patients at the same altitude. (2) compared with Tibetan and OSAS patients at low altitude, the variability coefficient of 24 h diastolic blood pressure in OSAS patients in high altitude areas is higher than that in OSAS patients in Han nationality.
