【摘要】：目的:探討治療輕度先天性上瞼下垂的綜合方法。方法:輕度先天性上瞼下垂患者采用離斷眶隔脂肪與瞼板上緣附近的上瞼提肌腱膜存在的增厚的纖維條索,離斷纖維條索后可矯正大部分的輕度上瞼下垂,如果離斷纖維條索后無法完全矯正上瞼下垂,再行上瞼提肌腱膜前徙縮短術(shù)矯正。結(jié)果:本組21例行單純離斷增厚的纖維條索術(shù),19例術(shù)后上瞼下垂癥狀完全消失,活動(dòng)自如,外觀自然,左右對(duì)稱;2例術(shù)后上瞼下垂癥狀未完全矯正,抬眼得到改善;隨訪1個(gè)月~1年,無復(fù)發(fā)。8例行離斷增厚的纖維條索術(shù)+上瞼提肌腱膜前徙縮短術(shù),8例術(shù)后上瞼下垂癥狀完全消失,活動(dòng)自如,外觀自然,左右對(duì)稱,隨訪1個(gè)月至1年,無復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論:采用離斷眶隔脂肪與瞼板上緣附近的上瞼提肌腱膜存在的增厚的纖維條索和/或上瞼提肌腱膜前徙縮短術(shù)是可行的方法,并取得滿意的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore a comprehensive method for the treatment of mild congenital ptosis. Methods: the patients with mild congenital ptosis were treated with thickened fibrous cord which existed in the upper eyelid levator tendon membrane near the upper margin of the upper eyelid levator muscle, and most of the mild ptosis could be corrected. If the blepharoptosis can not be completely corrected after the broken fiber cord, the levator palpebrae tendonitis is corrected again. Results: in 21 cases, the symptom of blepharoptosis disappeared completely, the movement was free and the appearance was natural in 19 cases. 2 cases of left and right symmetrical blepharoptosis were not completely corrected and the lifting of eyes was improved. Follow-up for 1 month to 1 year showed that no recurrence occurred in 8 cases of blepharolevator tendinosus prolapse and shortening. The symptoms of blepharoptosis disappeared completely, the movement was free, the appearance was natural, and the left and right were symmetrical. The follow-up period was 1 month to 1 year. No recurrence. Conclusion: it is feasible to use the thickened fibrous cord and / or shortening of the upper eyelid levator tendon membrane which is located near the upper margin of the upper eyelid levator muscle and the orbital septum fat is feasible and satisfactory results have been obtained.
