【摘要】：目的探討脈氧儀在睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(SAHS)診斷中的作用。方法納入符合入選標準的疑似SAHS患者,進行多導睡眠監(jiān)測儀(PSG)和脈氧儀檢測,研究睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣指數(shù)(AHI)與氧減飽和指數(shù)(ODI4)的相關性,分析ODI4作為篩選標準的最佳值。結(jié)果共納入628例研究對象。ODI4與AHI呈線性相關,回歸系數(shù)接近1;ODI4≥10次/h與≥20次/h為標準篩查SAHS患者與中重度患者具有很高的特異性(99.9%與99.3%),受試者工作特征曲線下面積分別為0.931與0.934;女性、輕體重及病情較輕者易被漏診。結(jié)論 ODI4的變化可反映AHI的動態(tài)變化,脈氧儀篩選SAHS患者不易誤診,可作為SAHS病情變化的隨訪指標。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of pulse oxygenator in the diagnosis of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (SAHS). Methods the polysomnography (PSG) and pulse oxygen meter (MPO) were performed in suspected SAHS patients who met the inclusion criteria. The correlation between (AHI) and ODI4 was studied, and the optimum value of ODI4 as screening criteria was analyzed. Results there was a linear correlation between ODI4 and AHI in 628 subjects.
