【摘要】：目的：以往的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)IRX3在眼前節(jié)發(fā)育中發(fā)揮著重要作用，然而關(guān)于IRX3在正常成人和小鼠眼表上皮表達的研究報道甚少，本研究旨在觀察IRX3在正常成年人和小鼠的角膜上皮中的表達情況，以及探究IRX3在正常成人結(jié)膜與翼狀胬肉上皮中的表達差異。 方法：采用免疫熒光和免疫組織化學染色技術(shù)觀察IRX3在正常小鼠和人角膜上皮的表達情況。采用western blotting對比研究正常人角膜緣與中央角膜上皮IRX3的表達情況。采用免疫熒光技術(shù)對比觀察IRX3在正常結(jié)膜與翼狀胬肉上皮中的表達情況，，并采用western blotting半定量對比研究其表達情況。 結(jié)果：IRX3在正常小鼠和人角膜上皮存在表達，IRX3在正常人角膜緣的表達高于中央角膜上皮；正常結(jié)膜上皮中幾乎無IRX3的表達，而其在翼狀胬肉上皮中的表達明顯升高。 結(jié)論：IRX3在正常小鼠和人角膜上皮有表達，且正常人角膜緣的表達高于中央角膜上皮；而正常結(jié)膜上皮中IRX3幾乎無表達，IRX3在翼狀胬肉上皮中的表達較正常結(jié)膜上皮明顯升高。
[Abstract]:Objective: previous studies have found that IRX3 plays an important role in the development of anterior segment, but there are few reports on the expression of IRX3 in normal adult and mouse ocular surface epithelium. The purpose of this study was to observe the expression of IRX3 in corneal epithelium of normal adults and mice and to explore the difference of IRX3 expression between conjunctiva and pterygium epithelium of normal adults. Methods: immunofluorescence and immunohistochemical staining were used to observe the expression of IRX3 in normal mice and human corneal epithelium. The expression of IRX3 in limbus cornea and central corneal epithelium was studied by western blotting. The expression of IRX3 in normal conjunctiva and pterygium epithelium was observed by immunofluorescence technique and semi-quantitative western blotting was used to study its expression. Results the expression of IRX3 in normal mice and human corneal epithelium was higher than that in central cornea epithelium, and there was almost no IRX3 expression in normal conjunctiva epithelium, but the expression of IRX3 in pterygium epithelium was significantly increased. Conclusion the expression of IRX3 IRX3 in normal mouse and human corneal epithelium is higher than that in central corneal epithelium, and the expression of IRX3 in normal conjunctiva epithelium is higher than that in normal conjunctival epithelium.
