【摘要】：目的比較鼓室成形術(shù)中外耳道應(yīng)用不同填塞材料術(shù)后取出時(shí)的疼痛與出血程度。方法 60例慢性中耳炎患者行鼓室成形術(shù)時(shí),根據(jù)預(yù)先制定的隨機(jī)表隨機(jī)于患者的外耳道內(nèi)分別填塞碘仿紗條(碘仿紗條組)或納吸棉(納吸棉組),每組30例。術(shù)后取出碘仿紗條或者吸除納吸棉時(shí),使用視覺(jué)模擬量表評(píng)估疼痛程度;并將出血程度分為3級(jí):0分為無(wú)出血;1分為少量出血,無(wú)需特別處理即可自止;2分為出血需要腎上腺素棉條壓迫2~5分鐘;比較兩組疼痛和出血程度。結(jié)果碘仿紗條組的疼痛得分平均為5.10±2.27分(0~9分),納吸棉組為1.03±0.71分(0~3分),前組高于后組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-5.781,P0.001)。碘仿紗條組和納吸棉組的出血程度評(píng)分分別為0.50±0.76和0.13±0.77分,前組高于后組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=17.719,P0.001)。結(jié)論鼓室成形術(shù)后外耳道填塞納吸棉者取出時(shí),患者的疼痛程度和出血程度均明顯輕于填塞碘仿紗條者。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the pain and bleeding of external auditory canal in tympanoplasty. Methods during tympanoplasty, 60 patients with chronic otitis media were randomly filled with iodoform gauze (iodoform gauze group) or absorbent cotton gauze group (30 cases in each group). When iodoform gauze was taken out or cotton absorbent after operation, visual analogue scale was used to evaluate the degree of pain, and the bleeding degree was divided into 3: 0, without bleeding and 1 as small amount of bleeding. No special treatment was required to divide the bleeding into two groups: epinephrine strips were used to compress the bleeding for 5 minutes. The pain and bleeding degree were compared between the two groups. Results the average score of pain was 5.10 鹵2.27 (0-9) in iodoform gauze group and 1.03 鹵0.71 (0-3) in cotton absorption group. The scores of bleeding degree of iodoform gauze group and cotton absorption group were 0.50 鹵0.76 and 0.13 鹵0.77, respectively. The former group was higher than the latter group, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (17.719) P ~ (0.001). Conclusion after tympanoplasty, the degree of pain and bleeding in the patients with external ear canal filling and cotton suction were significantly less than those with iodoform gauze.
