視力訓練法在Tetraflex可調(diào)節(jié)人工晶狀體植入術后的臨床應用

【摘要】:目的:觀察視力訓練法對植入可調(diào)節(jié)IOL患者術后視功能恢復的療效。方法:選取行可調(diào)節(jié)IOL植入術患者96例隨機分為實驗組和對照組,對比研究兩組術后遠、近視力和術后視疲勞的情況。結果:兩組術后15天、1個月和3個月,近視力提高和視疲勞改善差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),兩組遠視力的提高無明顯差異。結論:可調(diào)節(jié)人工晶狀體患者進行視力訓練能夠提高患者術后近視力,明顯減輕術后視疲勞癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of visual acuity training on postoperative visual function recovery in patients with adjustable IOL implantation. Methods: 96 patients with adjustable IOL implantation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Results: there were significant differences in the improvement of near visual acuity and visual fatigue between the two groups at 15 days, 1 month and 3 months after operation (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in the improvement of distant vision between the two groups. Conclusion: the training of visual acuity in patients with adjustable intraocular lens can improve the postoperative near visual acuity and relieve the symptoms of postoperative visual fatigue.
