【摘要】：目的:通過對扁桃體切除術(shù)后10年以上的受術(shù)者人群主要體檢生化指標(biāo)檢測結(jié)果的比較,了解扁桃體切除術(shù)對人體主要生化指標(biāo)的長遠(yuǎn)影響。方法:對在年度健康體檢人群中發(fā)現(xiàn)的扁桃體切除術(shù)超過10年的83例受術(shù)者進(jìn)行記錄,并與符合對照條件的無扁桃體手術(shù)史者進(jìn)行配對。對其中54對符合配對條件者和65例扁桃體受術(shù)者,分別對受術(shù)者(研究組)與非受術(shù)者(對照組)之間、扁桃體受術(shù)者不同手術(shù)年齡之間的主要生化指標(biāo)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并對相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行討論。結(jié)果:(1)在研究組與對照組之間的比較中,男性血紅蛋白研究組高于對照組,分別是151.45±8.70和146.34±11.32,其差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.04),但兩者的均值都在正常范圍內(nèi);女性血小板計(jì)數(shù)研究組高于對照組,分別是251.84±44.31和217.81±39.66,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩者的均值也都在正常范圍內(nèi);其余研究組和對照組的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)比較,其差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。(2)在兒童組與成年組之間的比較中,女性兒童組尿素中位數(shù)和四分位數(shù)間距低于成人組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但兩者的均值都在正常范圍內(nèi);其余各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的比較,其差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論:扁桃體切除術(shù)對受術(shù)者人體遠(yuǎn)期的主要生化指標(biāo)沒有產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the long-term influence of tonsillectomy on the main biochemical indexes of the patients after tonsillectomy by comparing the results of the main biochemical indexes of physical examination of the patients more than 10 years after tonsillectomy. Methods: 83 patients with tonsillectomy found in the annual physical examination were recorded and matched with those who did not have a history of tonsillectomy. Among them, 54 pairs of matched patients and 65 cases of tonsillectomy were statistically analyzed between the subjects (study group) and non-treated subjects (control group), and between tonsil recipients of different operating ages. And related issues are discussed. Results: (1) in the comparison between the study group and the control group, the hemoglobin in the male group was higher than that in the control group (151.45 鹵8.70 and 146.34 鹵11.32, respectively), the difference was statistically significant (P0. 04), but the mean values of the two groups were within the normal range; The platelet count of women in the study group was higher than that in the control group (251.84 鹵44.31 and 217.81 鹵39.66, respectively), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the mean values of the two groups were also within the normal range. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0. 05). (2). In the comparison between the children group and the adult group, the urea median and quartile spacing in the female children group were lower than those in the adult group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), but the mean values of the two groups were both within the normal range. There was no significant difference between the other indexes (P 0.05). Conclusion: tonsillectomy has no negative effect on the long-term biochemical parameters.
