【摘要】：正自周兵等~([1])2007年首次報(bào)道經(jīng)鼻腔外側(cè)壁切開入路上頜竇手術(shù),目前經(jīng)淚前隱窩入路處理復(fù)雜上頜竇病變,尤其是針對(duì)位于上頜竇內(nèi)壁和前壁、淚前隱窩和齒槽隱窩的病變已逐步成為首選術(shù)式,并且延伸應(yīng)用于翼腭窩-顳下窩、蝶竇外側(cè)隱窩等區(qū)域的手術(shù)~([2-3])。然而,該入路進(jìn)入上頜竇腔之前常面臨出滲血較多、術(shù)野不清等困難,進(jìn)而增加了
[Abstract]:In 2007, Zhou Bing et al reported for the first time the operation of maxillary sinus via the lateral wall incision of nasal cavity. At present, the anterior lacrimal recess approach is used to treat the complex maxillary sinus lesions, especially for the anterior wall and the inner wall of the maxillary sinus. The lesions of anterior lacrimal recess and alveolar recess have gradually become the first choice, and extended to the pterygopalatine fossa-infratemporal fossa, lateral sphenoid sinus recess and other areas of surgery ~ (2-3). However, before entering the maxillary sinus cavity, the approach often faces many difficulties, such as more bleeding, unclear surgical field, and so on.
