【摘要】：目的:探討日常生活助聽(tīng)滿(mǎn)意度問(wèn)卷(SADL)中文版信度和效度,以期為助聽(tīng)器效果評(píng)估提供一種簡(jiǎn)便可行的綜合性評(píng)估方法。方法:對(duì)90例助聽(tīng)器使用時(shí)間≥6周的成年(≥18歲)受試者采用中文版SADL問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果:(1)信度檢驗(yàn):內(nèi)部一致性檢驗(yàn)中,問(wèn)卷總評(píng)分的Cronbachα為0.814,4個(gè)子維度的Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.543~0.824。(2)效度檢驗(yàn):結(jié)構(gòu)效度檢驗(yàn)顯示4個(gè)子維度與總問(wèn)卷之間的相關(guān)度在0.514~0.826(均P0.01),4個(gè)子維度之間的相關(guān)性較低或不相關(guān);由專(zhuān)家集體評(píng)議語(yǔ)句代表性的內(nèi)容效度,其評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為較高;區(qū)分效度檢驗(yàn)顯示雙耳配戴助聽(tīng)器的受試者總平均分高于單耳配戴者,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=2.192,P0.05)。結(jié)論:SADL問(wèn)卷中文版基本滿(mǎn)足了助聽(tīng)器滿(mǎn)意度問(wèn)卷所需的心理測(cè)量學(xué)特征標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可以初步用來(lái)評(píng)估助聽(tīng)器使用者的滿(mǎn)意度效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Hearing Aid Satisfaction Questionnaire (SADL) for daily living (ADL) in order to provide a simple and feasible method for evaluating the effectiveness of hearing aids. In the consistency test, the Cronbach alpha of the total score of the questionnaire was 0.814, and the Cronbach alpha coefficients of the four sub-dimensions were 0.543-0.824. (2) Validity test: Structural validity test showed that the correlation between the four sub-dimensions and the total questionnaire was 0.514-0.826 (all P 0.01), and the correlation between the four sub-dimensions was low or unrelated. ConclusionThe Chinese version of the SADL questionnaire basically meets the psychometric criteria required by the Hearing Aid Satisfaction Questionnaire and can be used to evaluate hearing aid preliminarily.
