未通過聽力篩查的重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房新生兒聽性腦干反應(yīng)特點(diǎn)分析

【摘要】:目的探討重癥監(jiān)護(hù)病房未通過聽力篩查的新生兒聽性腦干反應(yīng)的特點(diǎn)。方法選擇2014年3月至2015年5月單耳或雙耳未通過自動(dòng)判別聽性腦干反應(yīng)(AABR)或畸變產(chǎn)物耳聲發(fā)射(DPOAE)篩查的NICU新生兒(NICU組,425例)及門診無圍生期疾病健康新生兒(健康組,833例)進(jìn)行聽性腦干反應(yīng)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果Ⅴ波反應(yīng)閾大于或等于30dB者健康組301例(36.1%),NICU組211例(49.6%),NICU新生兒ABR聽力異常率明顯高于健康新生兒(P0.05)。健康組ABR平均閾值為(19.76±6.59)dB,NICU組ABR平均閾值為(41.52±20.35)dB,比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。NICU組雙耳Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潛伏期及Ⅰ~Ⅴ波間期明顯較健康組延長(P0.05)。結(jié)論 NICU新生兒聽力損失程度高于健康新生兒,ABR的異常反映了聽覺傳導(dǎo)通路異常。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics of auditory brainstem response in neonates without hearing screening in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods from March 2014 to May 2015, 425 cases of NICU newborns (NICU group) and healthy neonates without perinatal diseases (healthy) who were not screened by automatic discriminant auditory brainstem response (AABR) or distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) were selected. The auditory brainstem response was measured in 833 patients in the Kang group. Results the abnormal rate of ABR hearing in neonates in 30dB group was significantly higher than that in healthy neonates (P 0.05).
