【摘要】：目的:探討開放性眼外傷的急診處理及與預(yù)后之間的關(guān)系。方法:選取20例開放性眼外傷的病例進(jìn)行回顧分析。結(jié)果:急診處理后約55%的患眼保住或提高了視力,約20%的患眼視力無提高,約25%的患眼患者放棄二期手術(shù)治療。結(jié)論:所有的開放性眼外傷在保障生命體征平穩(wěn)的前提下,都應(yīng)及時、積極的治療,爭取恢復(fù)部分視力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between emergency management and prognosis of open eye trauma. Methods: 20 cases of open eye trauma were retrospectively analyzed. Results: after emergency treatment, 55% of the affected eyes saved or improved their visual acuity, about 20% of the affected eyes did not improve their visual acuity, and about 25% of the patients gave up secondary operation. Conclusion: all open eye injuries should be treated in time and actively to recover part of visual acuity on the premise of ensuring stable vital signs.
