中華健康快車白內(nèi)障患者人工晶狀體度數(shù)的地域性分布及資源配置

【摘要】:目的分析中華健康快車白內(nèi)障人群中人工晶狀體度數(shù)分布的總體情況及地域性特點(diǎn),探討更好的醫(yī)療資源配置方案。方法搜集整理2014年至2016年中華健康快車項(xiàng)目在全國(guó)七大行政區(qū)域?qū)嵤┟赓M(fèi)白內(nèi)障手術(shù)的27 663例患者資料,統(tǒng)計(jì)所有患者的人工晶狀體度數(shù),掌握白內(nèi)障人群中人工晶狀體度數(shù)總體分布情況,并分析不同行政區(qū)域間人工晶狀體度數(shù)分布的地域性差異。結(jié)果在27 663例白內(nèi)障患者中,人工晶狀體度數(shù)分布呈現(xiàn)偏態(tài)分布,峰值出現(xiàn)在21~22D,出現(xiàn)頻率較大的度數(shù)主要集中在19~24D,占總量的72.48%。東北地區(qū)、華北地區(qū)、華中地區(qū)、華東地區(qū)人工晶狀體度數(shù)峰值均出現(xiàn)在22~23D,且整體波形向大度數(shù)方向偏移;西北地區(qū)、西南地區(qū)、華南地區(qū)人工晶狀體度數(shù)峰值出現(xiàn)在21~22D,且整體波形呈現(xiàn)向小度數(shù)方向偏移趨勢(shì)。IOL10D的出現(xiàn)頻率在西北地區(qū)、東北地區(qū)、華北地區(qū)和華東地區(qū)明顯較多,IOL≥25D的出現(xiàn)頻率在華中地區(qū)、東北地區(qū)、華東地區(qū)、華北地區(qū)明顯較多。結(jié)論各大行政區(qū)域內(nèi)白內(nèi)障患者人工晶狀體度數(shù)呈現(xiàn)偏態(tài)分布,不同地區(qū)之間有細(xì)微差異。本研究結(jié)果可以為各地大規(guī)模白內(nèi)障手術(shù)資源配備提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the distribution of intraocular lens degree (IOL) and its regional characteristics in China Health Express Cataract population, and to explore a better allocation of medical resources. Methods the data of 27,663 patients who underwent free cataract surgery in the seven administrative regions of China from 2014 to 2016 were collected and analyzed, and the IOL degrees of all patients were counted. To understand the distribution of IOL degree in cataract population and analyze the regional difference of IOL degree distribution among different administrative regions. Results in 27 663 patients with cataract, the degree distribution of intraocular lens showed a skewed distribution, the peak value appeared in 21 ~ 22 D, and the frequency of the degree was mainly concentrated in 19 ~ 24 D, accounting for 72.48% of the total. The peak values of IOL in Northeast China, Central China and East China all appear at 22 ~ 23D, and the whole waveform deviates to a large degree, while in the Northwest region, the southwest region, the intraocular lens degree peak appears in 22 ~ 23D, and the whole waveform is shifted to a large degree. The intraocular lens degree peak appeared in 21 ~ 22D in South China, and the overall waveform showed a trend of deviation to small degree.
