【摘要】：目的探討鹽酸氨溴口服液聯(lián)合激素類噴鼻劑及抗生素治療12歲及以上非阻塞性分泌性中耳炎的臨床療效,判斷鹽酸氨溴索口服液在治療分泌性中耳炎中的作用,以期為分泌性中耳炎患者提供一種除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)桃金娘油腸溶膠囊外安全有效的治療用藥。方法將臨床確診、按時(shí)隨訪、遵從醫(yī)囑的2015年05月--2016年05月在我科門診確診的12歲及以上的非阻塞性分泌性中耳炎患者120例(135耳)作為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組,對照組予以口服標(biāo)準(zhǔn)桃金娘油腸溶膠囊、克拉霉素片及布地奈德鼻噴劑;觀察組予以口服鹽酸氨溴索口服液、克拉霉素片及布地奈德噴劑;正規(guī)治療2周后,采用相關(guān)的臨床標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對兩組的治療效果進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果臨床確診的患者在符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)后入組,分別對治療前及治療2周后的患者主訴、鼓膜象檢查、聲導(dǎo)抗及純音聽力測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較�？傮w療效評估采用χ2檢驗(yàn),對照組及觀察組的臨床有效率分別為75.0%、81.7%,聲導(dǎo)抗對照組、觀察組有效率分別為:75.0%、80.0%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論鹽酸氨溴索口服液能夠有效改善分泌性中耳炎的臨床癥狀,提高患者的生活質(zhì)量,具有和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)桃金娘油腸溶膠囊相同的臨床價(jià)值,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution combined with hormone nasal spray and antibiotics in the treatment of non-obstructive secretory otitis media aged 12 years and above, and to evaluate the role of ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution in the treatment of secretory otitis media. In order to provide a safe and effective treatment for patients with secretory otitis media besides standard myrtle oil enteric capsule. Methods 120 patients (135 ears) with non-obstructive secretory otitis media diagnosed in our department from May 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with standard myrtle oil enteric capsule, clarithromycin tablet and budesonide nasal spray, while the observation group was given oral ambroxol hydrochloride, clarithromycin tablet and budesonide spray. After 2 weeks of regular treatment, the control group received oral ambroxol hydrochloride, clarithromycin tablet and budesonide spray. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed by using the relevant clinical standards. Results the results of main complaint, tympanic film examination, acoustic conductance and pure tone hearing test were compared between the patients before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. 蠂 2 test was used to evaluate the overall curative effect. The clinical effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 75.0% and 81.7, respectively, and the effective rates of the observation group were 75.0% and 80.0, respectively (P0.05). Conclusion ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of secretory otitis media and improve the quality of life of the patients. It has the same clinical value as the standard myrtle oil enteric-coated capsule and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
