【摘要】：目的觀察祛火明目合劑聯(lián)合甲鈷胺對青光眼術(shù)后視神經(jīng)功能的影響。方法該院82例120眼青光眼術(shù)后眼壓已控制的原發(fā)性青光眼患者,按隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組41例58眼和聯(lián)合組41例62眼。兩組均予甲鈷胺0.5mg,每日2次,連用4周;聯(lián)合組加用祛火明目合劑。結(jié)果聯(lián)合組總有效率(83.9%,52/62)高于對照組(63.8%,37/5 8),盤沿面積、視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)纖維層厚度大于對照組,圖形視覺誘發(fā)電位潛伏期、杯盤比低于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論自擬祛火明目合劑聯(lián)合甲鈷胺用于青光眼術(shù)后,能顯著改善患者的視神經(jīng)功能,修復(fù)視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)纖維。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Quhuo Mingmu mixture combined with mecobalamin on optic nerve function after glaucoma surgery. Methods 82 cases (120 eyes) of primary glaucoma with controlled IOP were randomly divided into control group (41 cases, 58 eyes) and combined group (41 cases, 62 eyes). Both groups were given mecobalamin 0.5 mg twice a day for 4 weeks and combined group with Quhuo Mingmu mixture. Results the total effective rate of the combined group (83.9% 62) was higher than that of the control group (63.8% / 58). The area along the disc, the thickness of the retinal nerve fiber layer were larger than those of the control group, the latent period of visual evoked potential (VEP) and the ratio of cup to disc were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Self-made Quhuo Mingmu mixture combined with mecobalamin can significantly improve the optic nerve function and repair retinal nerve fibers after glaucoma surgery.
