【摘要】：目的探討玻璃體切除術(shù)對增殖性糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變(PDR)患者的臨床治療療效。方法將112例PDR患者180只眼以數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為觀察組(58例,90眼)與對照組(54例,90眼),對照組給予光凝治療,觀察組給予玻璃體切除術(shù)治療,比較兩組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果治療后觀察組Ⅳ期好轉(zhuǎn)率為84.4%,Ⅴ期好轉(zhuǎn)率為64.3%,Ⅵ期好轉(zhuǎn)率為50.0%,均明顯高于對照組的27.6%、23.3%以及16.1%,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組患者繼發(fā)性青光眼發(fā)生率為1.1%,明顯低于對照組的14.4%(P0.05),其他并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率比較則差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論玻璃體切除術(shù)在PDR患者中具有確切的療效,可有效改善患者視力,同時并發(fā)癥較少,有利于患者術(shù)后恢復(fù),且對于提高患者生活質(zhì)量具有重要意義,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of vitrectomy for patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR). Methods 180 eyes of 112 PDR patients were randomly divided into the observation group (58 cases, 90 eyes) and the control group (54 cases, 90 eyes), the control group was treated with photocoagulation, the observation group was treated with vitrectomy, and the treatment of two groups of patients was compared. Results after treatment, the improvement rate of stage IV in the observation group was 84.4%, the improvement rate of stage V was 64.3%, the improvement rate of phase VI was 50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 27.6%, 23.3% and 16.1%, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the incidence of secondary glaucoma in the observation group was 1.1%, significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05), and the other complications occurred. There is no significant difference in the rate of comparison (P0.05). Conclusion vitrectomy has a definite effect in patients with PDR. It can effectively improve the visual acuity of the patients, at the same time, the complications are less, it is beneficial for the patients to recover after operation, and it is of great significance for improving the quality of life of the patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
