【摘要】：目前環(huán)境污染主要指大氣污染、室內(nèi)污染、光污染等。眼表疾病是最常見的眼科疾病之一,指損傷眼表結(jié)構(gòu)及功能的疾病。大氣污染物NO_2、SO_2、O_3、PM_(10)與非特異性結(jié)膜炎的發(fā)病有關,臭氧濃度增高和濕度降低可導致干眼癥,空氣污染與眼表疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關,但大氣污染物導致眼表疾病的具體作用機制尚不明確。甲醛、丙烯醛和顆粒物質(zhì)等室內(nèi)污染物可誘導氧化應激和改變淚膜和眼表的細胞因子含量,可導致眼部不適、淚膜不穩(wěn)定、眼部炎癥和干眼癥。煙霧對眼表損傷的可能機制是煙霧中的有害物質(zhì)增加了眼淚蒸發(fā)或減少淚膜穩(wěn)定性及人眼表結(jié)膜杯狀細胞的數(shù)量和黏蛋白的含量,導致淚膜的質(zhì)或量的異常,從而減少淚液分泌,引起眼部干澀等不適。光污染主要為紫外線輻射,長期慢性紫外線輻射可導致結(jié)膜黃斑、氣候性角膜疾病、角膜炎、翼狀胬肉等眼表疾病發(fā)病率升高。
[Abstract]:Current environmental pollution mainly refers to air pollution, indoor pollution, light pollution and so on. Ocular surface disease is one of the most common ophthalmological diseases. It refers to the diseases that damage the structure and function of the eye surface. Atmospheric pollutants NO_2, SO_2, O_3, PM_ (10) are related to the incidence of nonspecific conjunctivitis. The increase of ozone concentration and the decrease of humidity can lead to dry eye, air pollution and eye The occurrence and development of the disease is related, but the specific mechanism of the effect of air pollutants on ocular surface diseases is not clear. Indoor pollutants such as formaldehyde, acrolein and particulate matter can induce oxidative stress and change the cytokine content of tear film and eye surface, which can lead to eye discomfort, tear film instability, eye inflammation and dry eye. The possible mechanism of the injury is that the harmful substances in the smoke increase the evaporation of tears or reduce the stability of tear film and the amount of mucin in the conjunctiva of the eye surface and the content of the mucin, which leads to the abnormality of the quality or quantity of the tear film, thus reducing the secretion of tears and causing uncomforting of the eyes. The light pollution is mainly ultraviolet radiation and chronic chronic ultraviolet radiation. It can cause conjunctival macular, keratokeratoconjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis, pterygium and other ocular surface diseases.
