【摘要】：小兒白內(nèi)障是兒童重要的致盲性眼病,手術(shù)是其主要治療方法。由于嬰幼兒眼部解剖結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)育尚未完善,手術(shù)方法有別于成年人且難度大,同時小兒白內(nèi)障常合并其他眼部異常,這些因素均增加了術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生的可能性,如術(shù)后炎性反應(yīng)、虹膜粘連、術(shù)后高眼壓與青光眼、后發(fā)性白內(nèi)障等�；純盒g(shù)后并發(fā)癥的癥狀和體征比較隱匿,容易被漏診而延誤治療,最終影響手術(shù)效果,甚至導(dǎo)致二次盲。因此對其防治應(yīng)引起高度重視,建立專業(yè)化的小兒眼科醫(yī)師隊伍,規(guī)范診治流程,提高手術(shù)技術(shù)水平,減少和及時處理術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,以提高小兒白內(nèi)障的手術(shù)效果,減少兒童盲和低視力的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Cataract in children is an important cause of blindness, surgery is the main treatment. Due to the incomplete development of ocular anatomy in infants and young children, the operation method is different from that of adults and is difficult. At the same time, cataract is often associated with other ocular abnormalities in children. These factors increase the possibility of postoperative complications. Such as postoperative inflammatory reaction, iris adhesion, postoperative high intraocular pressure and glaucoma, posterior cataract and so on. The symptoms and signs of postoperative complications in children were hidden, and they were easy to be missed and delayed treatment, which ultimately affected the effect of surgery and even led to secondary blindness. Therefore, great attention should be paid to its prevention and treatment, and a professional team of pediatric ophthalmologists should be set up to standardize the procedures of diagnosis and treatment, to improve the level of surgical techniques and to reduce and deal with postoperative complications in order to improve the surgical effect of pediatric cataract. Reduce the incidence of blindness and low vision in children.
