AQP1在聲帶息肉中表達(dá)的研究及意義
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the role of AQP1 in the occurrence and development of vocal cord polyps by detecting the expression of AQP1 in vocal cord polyps, and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods: the expression of AQP1 in 40 cases of vocal cord polyps and 20 cases of normal vocal cord tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique SP method and HE staining. The immunohistochemical images were detected by Image-Proplus image analysis software. The statistical software SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the data of the experimental group and the control group. T test and correlation test were done to calculate the P value (P 0.05 as the significant difference). Results the expression of VAQP1 in epithelial cells, inflammatory cells, vascular endothelial cells, glandular cells and fibroblasts in vocal cord polyps was stronger than that in normal vocal cord tissues. The mean value of AQP1 positive unit in vocal cord polyp group (39.9633 鹵8.7820) was higher than that in normal vocal cord group (17.4222 鹵8.5380), there was statistical difference (p0.05). There was no significant difference between male and female groups (P0.05). Conclusion the high expression of AQP1 in vocal cord polyps suggests that it may be related to the occurrence and development of vocal cord polyps, which may provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of vocal cord polyps. Synthesis of AQP1 promotes polyp angiogenesis, polyps with abundant blood supply and growth. 3 AQP1 is highly expressed in serous gonadal cells. High expression of AQP1 in capillary and sinusoidal endothelial cells, increased vascular permeability and plasma exudation, which led to the increase of interstitial fluid. At the same time, there was no or little expression of AQP1 in epithelial basal cells and ciliated cells, which resulted in the obstruction of liquid transport pathway and the accumulation of a large amount of liquid secreted and exudated into the interstitial tissue. Both cases end in edema and polyp formation in local tissues.
