【摘要】：目的:對(duì)常熟地區(qū)原發(fā)性閉角型青光眼患者進(jìn)行眼前節(jié)相關(guān)生物學(xué)參數(shù)測(cè)量,觀察這些患者中不同屈光狀態(tài)的分布比例,分析其眼球結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)。方法:連續(xù)收集2014年01月至2015年12月常熟市第二人民醫(yī)院眼科青光眼門診就診患者100例,包括可疑原發(fā)性房角關(guān)閉(PACS)、原發(fā)性房角關(guān)閉(PAC)、原發(fā)性閉角型青光眼(PACG),進(jìn)行裂隙燈生物顯微鏡、非接觸眼壓計(jì)、眼底鏡、房角鏡、屈光度和角膜曲率檢查。按驗(yàn)光結(jié)果,測(cè)量正視眼、近視眼、遠(yuǎn)視眼者中央前房深度(ACD)、晶狀體厚度(LT)、眼軸長(zhǎng)度(AL)及角膜曲率(K),比較不同屈光狀態(tài)患者生物學(xué)參數(shù)在三組間的差異。結(jié)果:原發(fā)性閉角型青光眼100例100眼中近視眼組18眼(占18%),正視眼組21眼(占21%),遠(yuǎn)視眼組61眼(占61%)。三組患者的中央前房深度、晶體厚度、角膜曲率均無差異(P0.05)。三組患者的眼軸長(zhǎng)度具有顯著差異(P0.05):近視眼組的眼軸長(zhǎng)度顯著高于遠(yuǎn)視眼和正視眼(P0.05),遠(yuǎn)視眼和正視眼的眼軸長(zhǎng)度則沒有顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:原發(fā)性閉角型青光眼大部分患者為遠(yuǎn)視狀態(tài),部分患者的眼軸長(zhǎng)度較長(zhǎng)呈現(xiàn)近視狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the relative biological parameters of anterior segment in patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma in Changshu, observe the distribution ratio of different refractive states in these patients, and analyze the characteristics of eyeball structure. Methods: from January 2014 to December 2015, 100 ophthalmic glaucoma outpatients of Changshu second people's Hospital were collected. Including suspected primary angle closure (PACS), primary angle closure (PAC), primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG), slit lamp biomicroscopy, non-contact intraocular pressure meter, fundus lens, atrial angle lens, diopter and corneal curvature. The central anterior chamber depth (ACD), lens thickness (LT), axial length (AL) and corneal curvature (K) were measured according to the results of optometry, myopia and hyperopia. Results: in 100 eyes of 100 patients with primary angle closure glaucoma, 18 eyes (18%) were myopia, 21 eyes (21%) were orthopia, 61 eyes (61%) were hyperopia. There was no significant difference in central anterior chamber depth, lens thickness and corneal curvature among the three groups (P0.05). There was significant difference in axial length among the three groups (P0.05): the axial length of myopia group was significantly higher than that of hyperopia and orthopia (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in axial length between hyperopia and orthopia (P0.05). Conclusion: most of the patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma are hyperopic, and some of them have long axial length and myopia.
