OculyzerⅡ與A型超聲測(cè)厚儀測(cè)量角膜薄點(diǎn)厚度的比較

【摘要】:目的比較Oculyzer II眼前節(jié)分析系統(tǒng)和A型超聲測(cè)厚儀對(duì)近視患者中央角膜最薄點(diǎn)厚度(TCT)測(cè)量結(jié)果的差異性、相關(guān)性及一致性,為臨床的應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。方法回顧性研究2015年7月在安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院眼科行準(zhǔn)分子近視矯正手術(shù)的患者102例(204只眼),利用Oculyzer II及A型超聲測(cè)量的TCT值,對(duì)其進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 Oculyzer II測(cè)量的左右眼TCT均值分別為(540.43±27.69)μm和(541.54±28.63)μm,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-0.16,P=0.11);Oculyzer系統(tǒng)和A型超聲測(cè)量TCT的均值分別為(540.99±28.10)μm和(535.80±29.33)μm,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=10.595,P=0.000),兩者的差值平均為(5.181±6.753)μm,線性相關(guān)顯示兩者具有高度正相關(guān)性(r=0.973,P=0.000);96.6%的點(diǎn)落在95%的一致性界限內(nèi),表明兩法具有較好的一致性,95%的一致性界限為(-8.1μm,18.4μm)。結(jié)論 Oculyzer II與A型超聲在測(cè)量角膜最薄點(diǎn)厚度上雖具有高度的正相關(guān)性及一致性但也有顯著差異性且95%的一致性界限較寬,臨床使用中兩者可以相互參考,不能替換。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the difference, correlation and consistency of the central corneal thinnest point thickness (TCT) between the Oculyzer II anterior segment analysis system and the A mode ultrasound thickness meter in myopic patients, so as to provide the theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods 102 patients (204 eyes) who underwent excimer myopia correction surgery in the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University in July 2015 were studied retrospectively. The TCT values measured by Oculyzer II and A-mode ultrasound were analyzed statistically. Results the mean values of TCT in the left and right eyes measured by Oculyzer II were (540.43 鹵27.69) 渭 m and (541.54 鹵28.63) 渭 m, respectively. There was no significant difference between the Oculyzer system and the A-mode ultrasound system. The mean values of TCT were (540.99 鹵28.10) 渭 m and (535.80 鹵29.33) 渭 m, respectively. The difference between them was (5.181 鹵6.753) 渭 m and (5.181 鹵6.753) 渭 m, respectively. The correlation showed that there was a highly positive correlation (r = 0.973P ~ (0.000) between them, and 96.6% of the points fell within the 95% consistency limit. It is shown that the consistency limit of 95% is (-8.1 渭 m) 18.4 渭 m). Conclusion Oculyzer II and A-mode ultrasound have a high positive correlation and consistency in measuring the thickness of the thinnest point of cornea, but there are also significant differences and a wide consistency limit of 95%. They can refer to each other and cannot be replaced in clinical use.
