【摘要】：目的分析評(píng)估兒童分泌性中耳炎患兒鼓膜置管合并腺樣體切除的術(shù)后療效及生活質(zhì)量,為臨床治療提供依據(jù)。方法 60例(102耳)兒童分泌性中耳炎患兒分為兩組,研究組采用鼓膜置管聯(lián)合腺樣體切除術(shù)進(jìn)行治療,對(duì)照組單純采用鼓膜置管術(shù)進(jìn)行治療,評(píng)價(jià)兩組的療效,并在術(shù)前及術(shù)后1年左右由患兒家屬填寫中文版慢性耳病調(diào)查量表及OM-6調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,評(píng)價(jià)患兒的生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果研究組有效率94.12%,對(duì)照組有效率73.08%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組術(shù)前中文版慢性耳病調(diào)查量表、OM-6調(diào)查問(wèn)卷評(píng)分差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,術(shù)后差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;中文版慢性耳病調(diào)查量表結(jié)果示治療后各維度的評(píng)分均增高,P0.01;OM-6調(diào)查問(wèn)卷結(jié)果示除了言語(yǔ)障礙外,治療后其他各維度的評(píng)分均下降,P0.01;結(jié)論鼓膜置管聯(lián)合腺樣體切除術(shù)治療兒童分泌性中耳炎,能夠有效地改善患兒的聽(tīng)力,療效顯著,并提高患兒的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the curative effect and quality of life (QOL) of children with secretory otitis media after tympanic membrane catheterization and adenoidectomy. Methods Sixty children (102 ears) with secretory otitis media were divided into two groups. The study group was treated with tympanic membrane catheterization combined with adenoidectomy, while the control group was treated only with tympanic membrane tube. The Chinese version of chronic ear disease questionnaire and OM-6 questionnaire were filled out by the family of the children before and one year after operation to evaluate the quality of life of the children. Results the effective rate of the study group was 94.12 and that of the control group was 73.08, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), there was no significant difference in the scores of OM-6 questionnaire between the two groups before operation, but there was significant difference between the two groups after operation. The Chinese version of the chronic ear disease scale showed that the scores of each dimension were increased after treatment. The results of OM-6 questionnaire showed that in addition to speech disorders, Conclusion tympanic membrane insertion combined with adenoidectomy in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children can effectively improve the hearing of children and improve their quality of life.
