【摘要】：目的測量1~3歲幼兒鼻后孔的影像解剖數(shù)據(jù),為臨床鼻后孔疾病的診斷治療提供相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。方法通過CT影像工作站研究240例1~3歲幼兒鼻后孔冠狀位CT,觀察鼻后孔形態(tài)發(fā)育,并對鼻后孔測量左右徑和上下徑及截面積。結(jié)果 120例1~2歲幼兒左側(cè)鼻后孔左右徑(8.98±0.69)mm,上下徑(14.42±1.34)mm,鼻后孔截面積(92.75±14.76)mm~2。右側(cè)鼻后孔左右徑(8.93±0.71)mm,上下徑(14.25±1.24)mm,鼻后孔截面積(92.31±13.54)mm~2;120例2~3歲幼兒左側(cè)鼻后孔左右徑(9.51±0.74)mm,上下徑(15.60±1.55)mm,鼻后孔截面積(108.72±18.05)mm~2。右側(cè)鼻后孔左右徑(9.54±0.71)mm,上下徑(15.76±1.32)mm,鼻后孔截面積(108.66±17.43)mm~2。結(jié)論 1~3歲幼兒鼻后孔正常大小可滿足幼兒正常呼吸通氣量,明顯小于此數(shù)值則可能造成1~3歲幼兒鼻塞及呼吸困難。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the anatomical data of posterior nasal foramen in children aged 1 to 3 years, and to provide relevant data for the diagnosis and treatment of posterior nasal foramen disease. Methods the coronal position of posterior nasal foramen in 240 children aged 1 to 3 years old was studied by CT imaging workstation. The shape and development of posterior nasal foramen were observed, and the diameter of left and right, the upper and lower diameter and the cross section area of posterior nasal foramen were measured. Results in 120 children aged 1 to 2 years, the left and right posterior nasal foramen diameter was (8.98 鹵0.69) mm, the superior and inferior diameter was (14.42 鹵1.34) mm, and the sectional area of the posterior nasal foramen was (92.75 鹵14.76) mm / 2. The diameter of right posterior nasal foramen was (8.93 鹵0.71) mm, the inferior diameter was (14.25 鹵1.24) mm, the area of posterior nasal foramen was (92.31 鹵13.54) mm, the left and right diameter of posterior nasal foramen was (9.51 鹵0.74) mm, the inferior diameter was (15.60 鹵1.55) mm, the area of posterior nasal foramen was (108.72 鹵18.05) mm. The diameter of the right posterior nasal foramen was (9.54 鹵0.71) mm, the superior and inferior diameter was (15.76 鹵1.32) mm, and the cross sectional area of the posterior nasal foramen was (108.66 鹵17.43) mm / 2. Conclusion 1the normal size of the posterior nasal foramen in children aged 3 years can satisfy the normal respiratory ventilation volume, which may cause nasal obstruction and dyspnea in children aged 1 to 3 years.
