【摘要】：目的對改良小梁切除術(shù)治療閉角型青光眼臨床療效進(jìn)行分析。方法將在本院接受治療的閉角型青光眼患者50例(50眼)選入本次研究中,治療時(shí)間為2011年1月至2016年11月期間,根據(jù)患者的入院時(shí)間分為對照組與研究組,分別給予患者常規(guī)小梁切除術(shù)治療(對照組)與改良小梁切除術(shù)治療(研究組),對比兩組患者的眼壓、前房深度以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果研究組患者的眼壓低于對照組,前房深度較對照組高,其并發(fā)癥發(fā)生概率較對照組低,P0.05。結(jié)論改良小梁切除術(shù)治療閉角型青光眼的臨床療效顯著,值得臨床廣泛應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical efficacy of modified trabeculectomy in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma. Methods 50 patients (50 eyes) with angle closure glaucoma received in our hospital were selected in this study. The treatment time was from January 2011 to November 2016. The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the patient's admission time. Trabeculectomy (control group) and modified trabeculectomy (Study Group) were used to compare the intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth and complications in the two groups. Results the intraocular pressure of the patients in the study group was lower than that of the control group, the anterior chamber depth was higher than the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group. P0.05. conclusion modified trabeculectomy was performed. The clinical curative effect of angle glaucoma is remarkable. It is worthy of wide clinical application.
